Four Directions of Awareness
Meditation Class Series (Limited to 10 participants)
A grounded and approachable meditation series inspired by the Mindfully Aware™ framework. Each class explores a different direction of awareness through guided meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and reflection practices designed for everyday life.
While the four classes work beautifully together as a series, each session is also designed to stand alone, allowing participants to attend individual classes based on interest, schedule, or personal intention.
Participants will learn simple tools to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, increase self-awareness, and cultivate greater presence and intentional living.
Each session includes guided meditation and a personalized Intention Card to take home.
No experience necessary.
